  1. Seems like you are working your shoulders too much. Try M- Chest / triceps/ abs / calfs T- rest W- Back /Biceps/ Forearms/ abs / calfs TH-rest F- Legs/ Shoulders/ abs / calfs S-SU restNote you should work abs and calfs everytime you hit the Gym.If you are trying to gain size and strength do lower reps with heavier weights. Do very basic excercises (not too many different types.)If your goal is to get cut up. Use lower weights with more repititions. Do excersises that are designed to isolate a certain muscle.References :
